For preschool aged children 3-5 years

Does your child love art? Does your child love to play? This 30 minute play date is centred around the philosophy of art as an important part of play. At Mousse, we believe in the importance of learning through a process-based approach, where the importance of what is created is less important than the experience, the learning and all the discoveries made along the way. Whether your child has shown little interest in art, or whether creating is a constant passion — let me show you how process art is truly for all. Join us for a ton of fun, and likely a ton of mess— but don’t worry, you can just leave that for us! This art play date may be enjoyed by your child and their caregivers or up to 3 other 3-5 year old children and their primary caregivers. (Max. 4 children and 4 caregivers) Please note, we will be offering one Preschool Mousse Art Play date each month.

We have pivoted to an art play date model from our previous large group classes. These art play dates can have as little as 1 child or as many as 4—you get to decide. We recognize that our community will naturally have various comfort levels when gathering given the ongoing pandemic. We hope to provide flexibility and safety in our offerings so that everyone in our community feels confident in their choice to provide their child with much needed time for free creative exploration at our studio. Our art play dates are all parented sessions.
