At Mousse we believe that children are inherently creative. Unfortunately though, we also know that creativity tends to decrease as children mature. At Mousse, we work hard to counter this trend. We offer developmentally appropriate art classes that emphasize PLAY. Our fundamental philosophy is ‘Art as play, and art IS play’. We believe that children thrive when they are free to lead their own creative pursuits and explore in an open-ended way that is respectful of their unique way of seeing the world. Our classes feature a variety of sensory, paint, light and play experiences, with lots of opportunities to explore new tools and ideas. Children freely engage in creative art invitations at their own pace, and according to their own interests, development and curiosities.
